Dividend payment for Alumil shareholders
The dividend payment will be made within June 25th - July 10th to all the shareholders registered in the shareholders' registry at June 1st. For the physical persons shareholders who demand the transfer of the money in a personal bank account, it is necessary to make a solicitation by fax or mail which must include the identification data (name, surname, Personal numeric code, Bank name and IBAN) and a telephone number for contact. There should also be attached a copy of the identity card.
In the case a transfer in a bank account is not requested, the payment of the dividends will be most likely made by a postal order. In the period prior to the payments Alumil will communicate more details regarding the payment modalities.
